Our aim is to deliver all orders within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Usually you will receive your order within a couple of days of ordering, however, we ask that you allow 2 working days before contacting us regarding delivery.
Please note that during busy periods orders may take slightly longer to arrive.
We class a working day as Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Occasionally we will run out of stock of a product. If this happens we will e-mail you with a delivery date and give you the option to cancel or wait. If you cancel, a complete refund will be made to your credit card.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. If the parcel appears damaged on receipt please make sure that you sign for the item as being damaged this will help with an insurance claim and speed up the process of arranging a replacement.
