If you live in the Leicestershire area at checkout, you will be offered the free option to collect from our warehouse. You are usually able to collect within a couple of hours of placing an order (during working hours). You will receive an email informing you of when your order is ready to collect.
Mainland UK Shipping
Our standard shipping rate is only £2.50 + VAT (£3.00).
Orders over £42 + VAT (£50) will qualify for free shipping.
The exceptions to this are the Highlands of Scotland, Isles of Wight and Scilly and Northern Ireland. These areas attract a higher fee due to the additional fees charged to us by our courier.
Other Shipping Areas
For the Isle of Wight, our standard shipping rate is £8.50 + VAT (£10.20). Orders over £42 + VAT (£50) will qualify for reduced shipping of £6.00 + VAT (£7.20).
For Northern Ireland and the Highlands of Scotland, our standard shipping rate is £15.50 + VAT (£18.60). Orders over £42 +VAT(£50) will qualify for reduced shipping of £10.50 + VAT (£12.60).
For the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands our standard shipping rate is £16.70 + VAT (£20.04). Orders over £42 +VAT (£50) will qualify for reduced shipping of £11.70 + VAT (£14.04).
For the Isles of Scilly, our standard shipping rate is £22.80 + VAT (£27.36). Orders over £42 + VAT (£50) will qualify for reduced shipping of £17.80 + VAT (£21.36).
These areas attract a higher fee due to the additional fees charged to us by our courier.
We are not currently able to ship our products outside of the UK, which includes the Republic of Ireland.
Our aim is to deliver all orders within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Usually, you will receive your order within a couple of days of ordering, however, we ask that you allow 2 working days before contacting us regarding delivery.
Please note that during busy periods orders may take slightly longer to arrive.
We class a working day as Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Occasionally we will run out of stock of a product. If this happens, we will e-mail you with a delivery date and give you the option to cancel or wait. If you cancel, a complete refund will be made to your credit card.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. If the parcel appears damaged on receipt, please make sure that you sign for the item as being damaged this will help with an insurance claim and speed up the process of arranging a replacement.
