ProAqua Mono Plus is a single-component water-based sprayable adhesive that is specially formulated for the foam market. This easy to use adhesive is the ideal solution for all foam bonding applications, including foam converting, mattress manufacturing and repairing / upholstering.
Qualities
The ProAqua Mono Plus formulation has an instant tack when sprayed, offering immediate bonding capabilities and handling strength without force drying. It is repositionable and exhibits a soft glue line with excellent heat resistance.
ProAqua Mono Plus allows users to comply with most recent environmental legislations as it does not contain any harmful or carcinogenic solvents.
Size
The ProAqua Mono Plus is supplied in a 23kg bag that is boxed for ease of use.

Spray system
ProAqua Mono Plus does not require any specialist equipment as it can be easily applied using a pressure vessel and spray gun or by simply being gravity fed from a header tank to a standard one component spray gun.
Standard equipment
Unlike the two part water-based adhesives this single part can be sprayed through a high volume, low pressure spray gun with 2.5mm nozzle. Therefore if you already have a gun similar to the Devilbis HD Advance spray gun then this adhesive can be used with your existing equipment.

Please note that the use of ProAqua Mono Plus with light coloured leather or plasticised PVC materials can affect the colour resistance of these materials. It is advisable to check for suitability before use.
