Description

Chemique’s ProAqua range are water-based sprayable adhesives, superior in performance to solvented products and still environmentally friendly, minimising the impact of dangerous pollutants.

ProAqua Office is the adhesive component of a two-component water-based sprayable adhesive that exhibits the softest of bond lines and is strong enough to bond to plastics. Used in conjunction with ProAqua Activator 24 it offers a high initial tack that will rival the traditional contact adhesives.

Spray system

The ProAqua Office water-based polychloroprene adhesive is used in conjunction with the ProAqua Activator 24 at a ratio of 10:1

This two part adhesive is sprayed through a single gun onto the substrate using the DuoDek spray system which can also be found here. It is a wall mounted system which is more flexible to use within a manufacturing environment as the adhesive does not require high levels of extraction.

Please note that the use of ProAqua Office with light coloured leather or plasticised PVC materials can affect the colour resistance of these materials. It is advisable to check for suitability before use.
