Caravan Window Delamination Acrylic Repair Bonding Adhesive – WC105
This delamination adhesive is particularly suited to the repair of delaminated caravan and motorhome windows.
This delamination adhesive is clear, medium viscosity and specifically formulated for acrylic and polyplastic. It is a ready-mixed, colourless, solvent-based adhesive, so it’s easy to apply straight from the bottle and doesn’t colour the window.
WC105 then hardens as the solvent is absorbed or evaporates so resealing of windows is a quick and easy process. This adhesive is better suited to repairing a partially delaminated window as the working time is only a few minutes.
It can also be used to fill a wide crack within a polyplastic window or to reconnect a broken off piece. It is a very versatile window repair glue and can be stored in the bottle for use at another time.

- 50ml Caravan Window Delamination Acrylic Repair Bonding Adhesive – WC105
- 250ml Caravan Window Delamination Acrylic Repair Bonding Adhesive – WC105
Add a dosing tip to the application bottle to help you get into those narrower hard to reach gaps. With a diameter of only 2mm you can apply the adhesive in a much finer way than before.
Caravan Floor Repair Kit – A8136
This Caravan Floor Repair Kit, A8136, is a two-part, low viscosity, fast-cure, epoxy resin based adhesive kit which has been designed specifically for the repair of delaminated caravan floors where bubbling has occurred. Consequently, this adhesive is specifically designed to be used from inside the caravan, not from underneath.
This 1.5KG adhesive kit will repair approximately 4 sq metres of flooring based on drilling holes at a spacing of 250mm centres.

Paintless Dent Remover Kit – XPULRKT
This dent removal kit is perfect for removing dents in cars, vans, motorhomes and caravans.
Suitable for the removal of door dings, hail damage, minor body creases and minor bumper indentations. Unlike more established methods of dent removal, glue PDR has the advantage of being more precise and effective, as well as being compatible with both aluminium and steel doors.
Using this technique also makes it easier to correct dents in hard-to-reach areas. The T-bar design allows for more pulling force to be applied to the tabs to enable an easier dent repair.
The kit includes a dent removal repair T-bar tool, 18 tabs of varying shapes and sizes and 5 sticks of specialised dent removal hot melt. All you need is a hot melt gun to apply the hot melt to a dent remover tab and attach the tab to the dent.
Allow the hot melt to cool for 30-40 seconds and then using the puller slide hammer T-bar tool pull the tab away from the vehicle panel. The hot melt then simply peels off the car without causing any paintwork damage.

Delamination Acrylic Adhesive – 45ml Kit S1227
Delamination Acrylic Adhesive S1227 is a two-component, transparent acrylic adhesive (cement) that is particularly suited to repairing delaminated acrylic windows in caravans and motorhomes. It is the replacement for our S1220 which was our most popular product for delaminated caravan window repair. The S1227 offers some very important advantages over the original S1220.
It is particularly used to reseal the two panes of a delaminated polyplastic window as it offers the user a longer working time than the WC105 making it better suited to a full delamination. The S1227 is easy to use, dries clear and once cured forms a bond that is stronger than the window itself. It can also be used to fill cracks and reattach broken off pieces however it is a two part adhesive so once mixed the adhesive will cure and anything left unused cannot be used at a later date.

Add a dosing tip to the application bottle to help you get into those narrower hard to reach gaps. With a diameter of only 2mm you can apply the adhesive in a much finer way than before.
Caravan Wall Panel Repair Adhesive – A5045
Caravan Wall Panel Repair Adhesive A5045 is a thixotropic, no-drip, two-part adhesive specifically designed for the repair of external and internal caravan panels where the aluminium sheet has become delaminated or where accidental damage has occurred.
Due to the nature of the adhesive it can be easily applied to a vertical surface without concern of dripping or slumping.
This allows a replacement layer from the wall structure to be adhered to the main panel without having to replace the full panel from the inside to the outside of the caravan or motorhome.

Crack Repair Acrylic Adhesive – WC102
This acrylic adhesive is fast acting, clear and specifically formulated to bond acrylic, it is particularly suited to repairing hairline cracks in caravan and motorhome windows. This acrylic adhesive is supplied as a kit including a fine dosing tip to assist with application into the crack. If your window is de-laminated, this product is too thin for the job.
Available in the following size:
- Crack Repair Acrylic Adhesive – WC102 – 50ml
- Crack Repair Acrylic Adhesive – WC102 – 250ml
Types of Caravan Adhesives Available on the market
Caravan adhesives can be split into several categories. These consist of:
Epoxy Adhesive
Epoxy repair kit is a two-part adhesive that is great for bonding different types of materials together. It has been designed specifically for the repair of delaminated caravan floors where bubbling has occurred. Being a 100% solids material, it will cure in enclosed spaces and not attack sensitive plastics, e.g., polystyrene.
Acrylic Adhesives
We stock specially blended acrylic adhesives that are exclusive to Bondrite and can’t be found with any other UK distributor. Our adhesives are specifically chosen for the purpose of repairing delaminated and cracked acrylic windows whether they be on a caravan, a motorhome or a narrow boat.
Polyurethane Adhesive
Polyurethane adhesive is a strong and flexible adhesive that is specifically designed for the repair of external and internal caravan wall panels where the aluminium sheet has become delaminated or needs replacing due to damage. It is also waterproof and heat-resistant, making it ideal for use in caravans.
What Factors Should You Consider When Choosing a Caravan Adhesive?
Unlike others we at Bondrite believe that when completing a repair, you should use the best adhesive for that particular repair. So rather than sell generic adhesives that can ‘fix’ a multitude of issues we tailor our adhesives to very specific repairs.
The adhesives listed are all specifically chosen for a single application and so you may need to purchase a couple of different products in order to complete a repair. This is because our products have been so specifically designed to ensure that when you undertake a repair you only do it once. Other options you may see on the market such as superglue or silicones will not give you the long term, clear drying results that our products will. We are regularly contacted by people who have tried using these products only to have to scrape off the old adhesive that didn’t work, which is is a laborious time-consuming job.
We recommend thoroughly reading the information on each product to ensure that you select the option that is right for you. If you are still unsure feel free to give us a call and we will talk through the options with you.
Can caravan adhesives be used on all types of caravans?
Caravan adhesives can be used on most types of caravans, motorhomes and narrow boats, but it is important to choose an adhesive that is suitable for the specific materials and components of your caravan.
Are there any safety precautions I should take when using caravan adhesives?
Always read the instructions before using any adhesive, and follow all safety precautions, including wearing gloves and protective eyewear. Avoid inhaling the fumes and keep the adhesive out of reach of children and pets.
How long do caravan adhesives last?
The lifespan of caravan adhesives will depend on the type of adhesive and the conditions in which it is stored. We would always recommend purchasing the adhesive at the time you want to undertake the repair rather than weeks or indeed months in advance. We hold stock of all of our adhesives and we try not to be out of stock of any products so we should always have what you are looking for.
Can caravan adhesives be used for other applications?
While caravan adhesives are specifically designed for use in caravans, some of them can be used for other applications as well, such as in boats, RVs, and other vehicles.
Can I use a cheaper adhesive instead of a specialised caravan adhesive?
It is important to use a high-quality, specialised caravan adhesive that is suitable for the specific materials and components of your caravan. Using a cheaper adhesive could compromise the integrity of the repair and may not provide the necessary strength and durability.
We have spent several years refining the adhesives you find in this section to ensure that all repairs are only undertaken once saving you both time and money in the long run. We also offer bulk discounts on our adhesives making them even more cost effective.
Can I use caravan adhesives for outdoor applications?
Yes, many caravan adhesives are designed for outdoor use and can withstand exposure to the elements. However, always check the manufacturer’s instructions before using an adhesive for outdoor applications.
How do I know which type of caravan adhesive to use for my specific repair or maintenance task?
Consider the type of repair being undertaken and look for the product with the detail that matches what you are looking for.
Our products are designed to help with one particular repair so it’s important to select the one that is relevant to the repair you are undertaking. For example, for a hairline crack in an acrylic window we would recommend WC102 as this is very thin and will wick into the crack sealing it.
However, this product is not designed for repair of a delaminated window as it is too thin and dries within seconds so it is unsuitable for delamination. If in doubt please call us to discuss.
What types of materials can caravan adhesives bond?
Caravan adhesives can bond a wide range of materials, including acrylic, Polyplastic, ply, Styrofoam and Aluminium.
What are the different types of caravan adhesives?
The different types of caravan adhesives include epoxy, polyurethane, hotmelt, methacrylate’s, and weld cements.
Can I use more than one type of adhesive on my caravan?
Yes, the type of adhesive used should be specific to the task being undertaken.
Whilst we don’t always recommend to use more than one type of adhesive on a single repair or maintenance task, there are occasions where this may be required such as a cracked window where the crack goes from hairline to several millimetres wide.
For this particular issue we would recommend both WC102 and WC105 to seal both the hairline area and the area that is slightly wider apart.
How do I apply caravan adhesives?
The application method will depend on the type of adhesive you are using. Some adhesives require special tools or equipment for application, while others can be applied using a simple brush or nozzle.
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for application.
Our adhesive repair kits are supplied with everything you would need to apply the adhesive as they can be applied straight from the bottle using the nozzle or nib supplied. However with the hotmelt you would require a hotmelt gun in order to apply the adhesive.
To help you further with some of our products we include a hints and tips sheet compiled from feedback given to us over the years.
We also have a blog written by a customer who undertook his own repair and we have a dedicated staff who are always on the other end of the phone and happy to help where we can.
How do I repair a caravan window?
We are not a window repair company so we don’t have any videos giving you a step by step guide to repairing a cracked caravan window or repairing a delamination.
However, as we have been supplying the adhesive for this purpose for many years we have spoken to numerous self repairers who have given us hints and tips on how to carry out such repairs.
So we have compiled a list of these which are provided with the adhesive you purchase. Whilst we cannot guarantee that following this guidance will result in a perfect repair we have found that our customers find them very useful.
There are numerous environmental factors that can affect the success of any repair, most especially the age of the acrylic being bonded. Old acrylic has a tendency to stress crack when any form of adhesive is applied.
Obviously we don’t want this to be the outcome of any repair being undertaken using our adhesive but unfortunately it has been known to happen.
If you aren’t sure about undertaking the repair yourself then we would always suggest you find a dedicated caravan repair company near you.
How long does it take for caravan adhesives to dry?
The drying time will depend on the type of adhesive you are using. Some adhesives dry quickly, while others require several hours or even days to dry. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for drying time.
Can caravan adhesives be used in wet conditions?
Some caravan adhesives, such as polyurethane adhesive, are waterproof and can be used in wet conditions. However, always check the manufacturer’s instructions before using an adhesive in wet conditions.
Can caravan adhesives be removed?
Some caravan adhesives can be removed using solvents or mechanical means, while others are permanent. Always check the manufacturer’s instructions for information on removing the adhesive.
Price of Caravan Repair Adhesives
